LEADERSHIP TRAINING

The Riordan Volunteer Leadership is the LAJCC's flagship professional development that offers qualified young professionals an opportunity to learn first hand board governance. The training program also provides a professional networking resource through its internship and agency program.

Support one of the ambitious students in the RVLDP program. RVLDP will in-turn help develop young professionals by sharpening their management skills and teaching them how to give back to the community by serving on boards of non-profits.
