LAJCC Community/Junior College Scholarship Program

Eligible Community Colleges, Junior Colleges, and Associate Degree-Granting Institutions at Four-Year Colleges

The following is a partial list of institutions that are eligible for the LAJCC 2003 Community/Junior College Scholarship Program. Institutions not listed below are eligible if they satisfy geographic conditions stated below and are accredited by at least one of the following accrediting bodies: WASC, ACICS, ACCSCT, AABC, AARTS, ATS, COE, and TRACS. Regarding the below-listed institutions that grant both Associate and Bachelor degrees, only matriculated students in an Associate degree-granting program are eligible.

The eligible institutions are listed below in two groups: (1) Those located in Los Angeles County and (2) Those located in one of the following counties: Kern, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura. Matriculated students attending a college in Group 1 are eligible, regardless of where they live. Matriculated students attending a college in Group 2 are eligible if they reside to Los Angeles County and commute. (NOTE: In addition to the geographic conditions, all applicants must meet all other eligibility requirements stated on Page 1 of 2 of the application for the 2003 Community/Junior College Scholarship Program.)
