Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce, LAJCC

Founded in 1948, its purpose is to receive, administer and expand property and funds for youth activities and other charitable and educational purposes.

The Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce Foundation incorporates the LAJCC mission by disbursing funds to its community service programs and scholarship recipients.

Past funding relationships reflect the potential for agency partnerships which would enhance the goals and objectives of the LAJCC and funded agencies.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce funds scholarships for graduating high school seniors and current community/junior college students in the amount of $2,000 each. Scholarship recipients from both programs have the opportunity to apply to renew their scholarships for three additional years.
