Over our longstanding history, the Los Angeles Junior Chamber has produced and successfully executed hundreds of community-based projects that have helped to fulfill our mission and deliver valuable member experiences that strengthen leadership and project management skills. Dues paying members of the Junior Chamber are eligible to participate in member projects that benefit the greater Los Angeles community.
CURRENT MEMBER PROJECTS:
READY TO LEARN is a Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce Member Project. For more than five years, the members of the Junior Chamber have helped first grade students from low performing LAUSD Title 1 schools to improve their reading and English language abilities. We believe, and educators agree, that reading is the most important skill needed by students to assure academic success, and ultimately, the completion of high school.
