This class explores both sides of the fundraising issue: grant funding and soliciting funds. It gives an overview of fund-raising methods, techniques and principles.

Strategic Planning
Introduces the role, principles and proven methods of effective strategic planning. Significant attention is given to strategic thinking and the importance of treating a strategic plan as an evolving document.

Financial Management
Explores how to evaluate and critique financial statements and how to assess the financial soundness of a non-profit organization.
